myPhone phones frequently come to our service with a damaged display after a drop – we replace them in most popular models of this brand. Standard repair time is 1 business day, and for those who cannot wait, we offer for an additional charge an express service completed within 1–2 hours from device acceptance. After display repair you have the option to install a hydrogel film – a flexible coating protecting the screen from further damage.
Service TKOM.pl also operates a phone spare parts wholesaler for various brands. This gives us a wide technical backup that allows us to perform repairs efficiently without long waits. For less common myPhone models we can order the necessary parts – we will inform you of the availability directly after accepting the device.
We repair all myPhone models – both Android smartphones and classic mobile phones with large buttons designed for seniors. We replace batteries in models where the battery has noticeably lost capacity, repair charging ports, speakers, microphones and help with water-damaged devices. We also offer data recovery from damaged phones.
After the phone is accepted for repair, every customer receives an individual login and password to our online panel, where they can track the repair stage in real time. The system automatically sends an SMS notification when the repair is complete or when estimate approval is needed. For seniors and those less familiar with technology we are always available by phone – we are happy to explain every stage of the repair.
