No, but it's worth calling first – we'll check if we have the part for your model and give you the price right away.
Will my phone always be ready in 1–2 hours?
If we have the part in stock – usually yes. If the part needs to be ordered or the fault is complex, it usually takes 1 business day.
Can I wait in the shop?
For short repairs like a battery replacement, often yes. For longer ones you can leave the phone and come back – we'll notify you by text or email.
Is my data safe?
