After the customer accepts the costs, we repair and return the device in working order. In cases where damage to the device cannot be unequivocally determined, we accept it without any specific repair costs. After opening the smartphone and performing diagnostics, the technician submits the repair cost estimate for approval. The customer, after familiarizing himself with it, can approve it or resign from the repair.
When accepting the device for repair, you receive a device notification form and a unique login and password to our system, where you can track the process / stage of the service performed. The system also informs you automatically about the progress of the repair, so you can be sure that you will always be informed, e.g. about the completion of the repair or the need to get acquainted with the valuation of the repair.
